Flixbus is introducing a new bus route Prague - Barcelona
Well, this hasn't been here for a long time: we've had it since May 5, 2023 possibility to travel between Prague and Barcelona by bus. A new direct line is being introduced by an international carrier Flixbus. He had traveled the route before, but this new connection will run regularly every day.
You will not miss the green Flixbus bus on the road
The journey according to the timetable takes 25 hours and 20 minutes, which is not a little at all. Actually, it's almost the same as when I went to Spain by bus for the first time about 15 years ago. Maybe even then it was an hour or so faster... (Well, v compared to an airplane the journey is longer by about 23 hours :D).
A possible attraction could be the price of the ticket, but there are no big surprises here either: the current price of a one-way ticket is set at 2500 CZK.
If you are going to Barcelona by Flixbus, be sure to write to me. I wonder what it was like. I still vividly remember my only trip on this line and it's not something I like to remember: I spent less than 24 hours on the bus and it really took a toll! I was pretty exhausted along the way, so I had to spend a day or two hanging out on the beaches and swimming in the sea to relax a bit :-)
