How to stay in Barcelona: the best hotels, hostels and apartments. What to choose?

I often get asked which neighborhood is the best for accommodation in Barcelona. I personally recommend (and always stay) in the city center in neighborhoods as needed Gothic quarter, El Raval, the born or Sants-Montjuïc.

And if you are going to Barcelona for a few days, for example for a long weekend, you will definitely not have time to spare.

The offer of accommodation is already so wide today that you are guaranteed to find what you are looking for – whether it is a luxury hotel, a romantic guesthouse, a lively hostel or accommodation in a quiet apartment.

All you have to do is turn on the internet, choose the one that interests you and book a room right away. The staff of guesthouses and hostels often requires a deposit when booking online, which makes a larger or smaller percentage of the price depending on the specific hotel. You pay the remaining amount immediately upon arrival. Some guesthouses also require it refundable deposit, which he returns to customers just before departure. The amount of this deposit (if required by the accommodation capacity you have chosen) is usually indicated on the website of the hotel in question.
