Where to find branches in Barcelona Barcelona Turisme, offering tourist information, tickets or cards?

I recommend it in many places on this site ticket purchase or tourist cards od Barcelona Turisme. 

That's because this is an official (and therefore reliable) travel agency, which offers its services to everyone who comes to the city. 

Where Barcelona Turisme can you find

At Barcelona-El Prat Airport

As soon as you get off the plane and just before you from the airport you will go to the city center, you can head to one of the branches Barcelona TurismeYou can find them at the airport in these locations:

  • in the arrivals hall at terminals T1 and T2 - open every day from 8:30 AM to 19:30 PM (recommended). 
  • at the entrances to subway L9 at terminals T1 and T2 – open every day from 8:30 a.m. to 14:30 p.m.

In the city center

You can find the agency's offices and branches right in the city. Barcelona Turisme at these places:

  • Pl. Catalunya (map) – in the main square of Barcelona in the centre you will find the central (and also the largest) office on 700 m2 Barcelona Turisme
    • The office is located underground in the lower right corner of the square and you can recognize it from a distance by the red column with the letter "i"
    • Unlike all other places, there is also a souvenir shop and counters for processing value-added tax refunds for tourists (Global blue, Epay Taxfree)
    • Open daily from 08:30 to 20:30.
  • Cathedral (map) – right in the heart of Gothic quarter u Cathedrals you will find tourist information and one of the branches.
    • Open: Monday 09:00 to 16:00, Tuesday to Saturday 09:00 to 17:30, closed on Sunday
  • Columbus Monument (map) – at the end La Rambla see Columbus Monument and in its bowels there is a tourist information Barcelona TurismeIdeal if you are moving around the beaches or the port. 
    • Open Monday to Sunday from 08:30 to 14:30
  • Barcelona Nord (map) – tourist information can also be found at Barcelona Nord bus station (North Station).
    • Open Monday to Sunday from 08:30 to 14:00

In addition to the above offices, you can You can also come across smaller information kiosks and booths throughout the city.. You can find them, for example, on Pl. Catalunya, on Pl. Espanya or at Sagrada FamíliaHowever, be aware that their services here are limited in many ways...
